we were out the whole day today because we bought these unlimited travel train tickets last raya and it will expire this weekend. we are such bright ones, we always go at the last minute. hence, going to efteling in autumn and having to go around nl in -13 degree celcius, when the rest of the nederlanders were sitting happily and cozy inside. plus the train was delayed everywhere so that really helps *cough sarcasm cough*
the plan was to go to leiden to take photos, then head off to den haag for cupcakes then to rotterdam for shopping, but in the end we had to scrap cupcakes out. there weren’t much time for shopping either but at least we were satisfied that we’ve used the ticket and explored new places and restaurants that we can’t wait to try. also discovered a new shopping place and i can’t wait to bring my parents there. i know my dad won’t enjoy it but at least there’s halal fried chicken :D and my mum, i’m a carbon copy of my mum. we love shopping.
all in all a wonderful trip. but the best part of our trip would have to be taking 5 random passport photos in the booth at leiden while waiting for our train since it was delayed. such drama. had to sit on harold to fit in the photo. and after paying we were sticking our fingers in every hole we can find in the booth to find our developed then keluar, lerrrrrrr, dalam lubang cinonet ni ke? :S
